Clock Box + Artist Series Automata (Example Use)
This short clip shows how the Clock Box complements Artist Series Automata in a complete display.
Installation & Setup Guide
Before you begin
- Place the Clock Box on a stable, level surface.
- Ensure the area around the base is clear so the automata can move freely.
- Use the accessories provided in your package and keep the unit away from moisture and high heat.
Step-by-step
1
Unbox and position
Remove protective packaging and position the Clock Box where you plan to display it (desk, shelf, bedside).
2
Power on
Connect the Clock Box to power. Once powered, the display will illuminate and the unit will be ready for configuration.
For best stability, we recommend keeping the Clock Box on consistent power during daily use.
3
Attach a compatible Automata (optional)
Mount your Artist Series Automata onto the base according to the artwork’s alignment points. Make sure it is seated securely before operation.
4
Set and confirm
Follow the on-device button prompts to set your preferred display and settings.
- Short-press the SET button to confirm/advance during setup.
5
Enjoy the display
Once configured, the Clock Box can be used as a standalone clock or as a motion-enabled base for your kinetic artwork.
Battery note (if applicable): We do not recommend using disposable batteries. When they run out, you will need to set the clock again.
Troubleshooting
The display is not turning on
- Confirm the unit is connected to power and the connection is secure.
- Try a different power source/cable if available.
The automata movement seems restricted
- Ensure the artwork is mounted correctly and fully seated.
- Clear surrounding objects to allow free motion.
