Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Power On the Base

Connect the base to a two-pin power adapter and make sure it is powered on. The base must remain powered on during use.

  2. Ensure a Safe Environment

Do not place metal objects within 50 cm of the base. Metal may interfere with the magnetic field, cause the base to heat up, and create a safety hazard.

  3. Find the Center of the Whale

Hold the whale by the head and tail. The center point is around the connection between the fin and the body. Align this point with the center of the base.

  4. Lower It Slowly

Slowly lower the whale along the center line of the base. When it gets close to the base, you will feel magnetic feedback.

  5. Release Your Hands Carefully

Once the whale is stable and levitating, slowly release your hands. If it pulls to the left or right, the center is not aligned correctly. Repeat the process until the balance point is found.

Important: Do not release the whale suddenly. Make sure it is stably levitating before letting go. If the whale snaps onto the base, the tail and fins may be damaged. Please be patient and repeat the setup process a few times if needed.
